Samantha is a Director at Burys Solicitors who currently specialises in probate, with past experiencing in housing law. As a senior member of the firm, she brings a high level of knowledge, professionalism, and leadership to her work.

Samantha supports clients through the probate process with clear, practical advice, ensuring matters are handled sensitively and efficiently. In addition to her probate work, she has valuable experience in housing disrepair and conveyancing, enabling her to provide well rounded guidance on matters involving property within estates. Her client focused approach and senior oversight ensure a consistently high standard of service from instruction through to completion.

Heather qualified as a Solicitor in July 2019, after working in law since 2015. Heather has extensive experience advising clients across landlord and tenant disputes, family law, wills and personal injury.

As a senior member of the firm, Heather provides clear, practical advice and leads matters with confidence and care from the outset through to resolution. Her experience, approachable manner, and commitment to achieving positive outcomes ensure clients feel supported and well informed throughout their case.

Helen has over 40 years’ experience working in finance roles, including more than 20 years within the legal sector, with a strong focus on legal finance management and compliance.

Helen joined Burys Solicitors in May 2023 as a Legal Accounts Manager and is a dedicated and respected member of the team who has seen the firm grow from strength to strength. With experience in conveyancing finance and a strong attention to detail, Helen has implemented good working practices to ensure the departments run efficiently.

Matthew has over ten years experience in property law, with a particular focus on leasehold properties. He has developed extensive knowledge in this area and is regularly instructed on complex leasehold matters.

Matthew is well known for his specialist work relating to properties affected by the Building Safety Act. His expertise in this niche and highly complex area has enabled Burys Solicitors to offer this dedicated service to clients, providing clear and informed guidance on an increasingly important area of property law.

Kayleigh joined Burys Solicitors in April 2023 and has built strong experience across a range of practice areas, including landlord and tenant disputes, wills and probate, and family law. As a dedicated and trusted member of our team, she supports clients with professionalism and care from the outset of their matter through to its resolution.

Alongside her role, Kayleigh is studying the Legal Practice Course part time and is due to commence her training contract with the firm in September 2026, further progressing her legal career and strengthening the expertise she brings to our clients.

Kiera joined Burys Solicitors in June 2025 as a Conveyancing Assistant, supporting the firm’s conveyancing team on a wide range of residential conveyancing matters.

Kiera works closely with Matthew and Emma, assisting with day to day conveyancing requirements and helping to ensure transactions progress smoothly and efficiently. Her organised approach and supportive manner contribute to a positive experience for clients throughout the conveyancing process.

Emma has joined Burys Solicitors in January 2026 as a Conveyancing Paralegal and has over three years’ experience working in property law, including leasehold matters.

Emma graduated from the Legal Practice Course in 2025 and supports clients through the conveyancing process with care and attention to detail. Her growing experience and approachable manner ensure clients receive reliable and well organised support throughout their transaction.
