If you are looking for family law advice, you should book an initial consultation with Burys Solicitors. Your consultation would include a one hour meeting with a solicitor and tailored written advice.
Our consultations are offered at the nominal fixed fee of £100.
Your consultation can cover a variety of different topics, for example divorce and dealing with the ownership of the family home.
During this initial consultation, any concerns will be addressed and together we will map out the next step forwards.
Following your consultation, you can decide whether you want Burys Solicitors to assist you further.

The process changed in April 2022 to allow the no-fault divorce. This has made it easier for parties to secure a divorce. You will still have to make a Court application and it will take a minimum of 26 weeks to complete. Please get in touch with our team for further advice about the process.
