Our consultations are offered at the nominal fixed fee of £100.

Your consultation can cover a variety of different topics, for example divorce and dealing with the ownership of the family home.

Do you offer initial consultations?

Yes we do! You can schedule an initial consultation with a specialist Family Law solicitor to discuss your specific circumstances and begin to plan your next steps. Following your consultation, you will receive bespoke and tailored written advice.

What is the divorce process?

The process changed in April 2022 to allow the no-fault divorce. This has made it easier for parties to secure a divorce. You will still have to make a Court application and it will take a minimum of 26 weeks to complete. Please get in touch with our team for further advice about the process.

Do you offer a fixed fee service?

We offer a combined of fixed fee and hourly rate services, depending on what case you need our help on. All fees are discussed and agreed with you in advance so there will be no nasty surprises.
